Finding UsThe reason for the name of the group is that the parishes lie roughly within the boundaries of the two rivers, the Leith and the Lyvennet (but Bolton is nearer the River Eden). All six parishes lie to the South East of Penrith and to the West of Appleby-in-Westmorland, between the line of the M6/A6 and the A66. See the map below for the Parish Boundaries (note that Morland Parish is made up of the four civil parishes of King's Meaburn, Morland, Newby and Sleagill). The scale of the map does not allow for an accurate representation of the boundaries.
